Groundswell's Project Execution Blueprint is designed to integrate into our clients' existing project management methodology. It is not meant to be a general project management template... why re-invent the wheel? It does not include such topics as project charters; budgeting, etc. instead we integrate specific modules into your project management template.

The most important thing about our methodology is that we have one! Because integration projects may have stakeholders, delivery teams and users spread across an organization, and because they often integrate many different application platforms, managing complexity is the key challenge to a successful project.
